DiveAssist rules for photo contests
All photos must be original work, taken by the entrants.
No third party may own or control any materials the photo contains, and the photo must not infringe upon the trademark, copyright, moral rights, intellectual rights, or rights of privacy of any entity or person.
The photo must be in its original state and cannot be altered in any way, including but not limited to removing, adding, reversing, or distorting subjects within the frame.
- Violators will be removed from the contest, stripped of any prize(s), and banned from entering future contests.
- Entries will not be accepted unless submitted via the official contest channel. Entries not submitted through the proper channel will be deleted.
- Entries will be judged by the DiveAssist team. All decisions are final. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules.
- By entering the contest, entrants agree that photos submitted can be used by DiveAssist.org for advertising purposes.
- Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses.
- The prize must be collected by the winner and is nontransferable.
- The winner will be notified on Facebook upon completion of the contest. If no response is received after [five] business days, a new winner will be selected and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to the prize.
- The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

The prize draw is open to residents of the European Union, South Korea, Thailand, Indonesia and the Red Sea aged 16 years or over except employees of Dive Assist.Org Pte Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Closing date for entry will be 23:59 on Tuesday 24th August 2021. After this date no further entries to the draw will be permitted or counted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the prize draw and how to enter are as follows:
How to enter: add your photo and description on Facebook.
How to win: the photo with the most votes/likes win.
Winners will be notified on Facebook upon completion of the contest.
This must be done between the time it is posted on Facebook on Tuesday 6 of July 2021 and midnight on the Tuesday 24th of August 2021. On Friday 27th August 2021, a winner will be selected counting the votes/likes and announced on the afternoon of this date on Facebook once the winners have been contacted. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prize is a yearly ScubaMedic Accident Insurance Membership.
The prize is as stated, and other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
DiveAssist will monitor the votes.
It is the decision of DiveAssist as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered.
The winner will be notified by email and/or on Facebook within 10 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when the prize is delivered.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered.
By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the Laws of Singapore and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Singapore data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Entry into the prize draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to DiveAssist and not to any other party. DiveAssist accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you or your computer, as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. DiveAssist further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw.
DiveAssist shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
DiveAssist also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
