Daniel is a passionate and accomplished athlete, Master Instructor and coach with a diverse skillset and a relentless pursuit of adventure.
With extensive experience in the worlds of freediving, scuba diving, and skydiving, he has honed his skills to excel in each of these thrilling pursuits, exploring the depths below and high above. Daniel dives into life, both mentally and literally. A 12-time freediving National Record holder for Singapore and a former Naval Officer with 22 years in the military, Daniel brings a wealth of experience to every dive and coaching session. He also holds a Master of Arts in Security Studies (Outstanding Thesis).
Daniel offers transformative coaching to unlock your inner calm, mental clarity, and resilience through a unique blend of adventure life coaching and self-discovery in diving. Whether navigating life transitions or mastering personal growth, he will empower you to achieve mastery both above and below the waves, and life in between.
